Terms and conditions of use for gift vouchers
To ensure a smooth experience, we have compiled the most important information about gift vouchers. The following terms and conditions apply to all vouchers purchased at our hotel.
Hotel gift vouchers (accommodation and other services)
The voucher entitles the holder to use the services indicated on it once, within the validity period specified on the voucher.
Vouchers are made to order, and it is possible to request personalized gift vouchers.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and partial redemption is not possible.
Vouchers cannot be used after their expiration date and cannot be extended.
In the case of vouchers that include accommodation, tourist tax is payable separately. You can find out the rate of this tax among our current room prices.
Restaurant gift vouchers
Restaurant gift vouchers can be used in the hotel restaurant for food and drink, on a single occasion, up to the face value of the voucher.
Gift vouchers are not registered to a specific name and are therefore transferable.
