The kitchen is run by Dániel Kardos, who isn't afraid to tweak the classics just enough to make grandmas nod their heads and young people post about it. Daniel combines Italian flair with Hungarian heart, creating that certain "you've got to try this" feeling.
At his side is Tamás Kovács, the sous chef, who is a friend of precision and playfulness. Tamás makes sure that everything is in its place—the basil leaf, the browned butter, and that little extra something that suddenly makes everyone fall silent in front of their plates.
